Greece

Orders shipped within Greece are dispatched via courier service thus ensuring prompt and safe delivery.
Please note, that as all of our jewellery is handmade, an order requires three (3) to six (6) working days before dispatch.

Europe

For shipments to countries within the European Union orders dispatch as a registered parcel, via Hellenic Post Office.
Delivery time is between 3 (three) and 5 (five) working days.

U.S.A. – Asia – Australia

Shipments to countries outside the European Union dispatch as a registered parcel, via Hellenic Post Office.
Delivery time is between 10 (ten) and 12 (twelve) working days.

Please note that orders placed during Greek National Holidays, are processed the next working day.
For orders placed on or by August 15th you will be receiving a notification email, with estimated date of dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges
Because we want you to really enjoy the jewellery you wear

Every piece of jewellery on our site, is handmade, and it’s creation, begins as soon as your order is placed

As handmade, no necklace, earring, ring or bracelet – even with the same SKU – is not identical and it is exactly these differences, which make every piece unique and special.

So, if a jewellery you have received is not exactly what you want, or even if you have made a mistake in size (when ordering a ring), or color, we will be happy to work with you in order for you to acquire the exact piece of jewellery, you have your heart set on.

Only mandatory, is that the item to be returned or exchanged, is in its original condition, that the proof of purchase is available and that its replacement is asked for, maximum 7 working days from date of purchase

Please Note: No returns or exchanges are possible for custom jewellery, as is the jewellery in our Personalized collections!

In order to realize your return/exchange, you can contact us, stating your order’s number and the reason you wish to proceed with an exchange or return.

If, the item you have purchased - for any reason -  does not satisfy you, and you wish a refund, then simply return the item to us. Return can be made by courier of your choice, or you can even bring it to us in person. 

Once we receive it, we will issue a full refund to the bank or PayPal account you have stated when placing your order.
